Diaz 10, registration number in the Bologna Companies Register, Tax Code and VAT number 03644841201, REA BO-535503, as data controller (“Controller”), informs You pursuant to EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) that Your personal data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes.

  1. Subject of the processing

    The Controller processes the personal data (e.g., name, surname, date and place of birth, address, phone, e-mail – hereinafter, “Personal Data” or “Data”) You provide when placing orders, contracts, purchases for the Controller's products and services or to receive pre-contractual or commercial information about products and services offered by the Controller or third parties.

  2. Purpose of processing

    Your Personal Data are processed:

    • without Your explicit consent (art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes: (a) to respond to Your requests about the Controller's products and services; (b) to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from relationships with You; (c) to comply with obligations provided by law, regulations, EU legislation or an order of the Authority.
    • only with Your specific and separate consent (art. 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes: (a) to send You newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material about products or services offered by the Controller and to survey satisfaction regarding the quality of services via e-mail, mail and/or sms and/or telephone contacts; (b) to send You commercial and/or promotional communications of third parties (e.g., business partners) via e-mail, mail and/or sms and/or telephone contacts.

  3. Methods and periods of processing

    The processing of Your Personal Data consists of collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction. Your Personal Data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
    The Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for Service Purposes and for no more than 5 years from the data collection for Marketing Purposes.

  4. Access to data

    Your Personal Data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2: (i) to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons authorized by the Controller and/or system administrators; (ii) to third parties (for example, professional firms, consultants) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as data processors.
